The Healing Hands Indigenous Post Partum Kit
This is a kit that contains all of the oils, herbs, scrubs that a new mother would need as support from Nature – to get her body started on the long process of recovery from almost a year-long labour of love.
These are a hand wrapped bundle of powdered herbs, which have been used for centuries to bring rejuvenation, relaxation and to strengthen a new mother after she has had a baby.
Each of these kizhis is for one-time use. The contents of the kizhi should be warmed up in a large vessel that can hold all of the water you need to bathe in. Leave it to steep overnight. The next day heat up the herb-water mix to the heat required for your bath and use this water to bathe.
